About Charlotte
Charlotte Hou is a bilingual researcher, radio host, and communication coach who builds bridges across cultures.
Her approach is grounded in academic research at Columbia University and SFU iVizLab, and tested through hundreds of real conversations — on air, on stage, and in client work.
